Nothing quite like hoards of screaming fans to make you feel wanted.

We’re sure that’s just how Victoria Justice felt in London today as she greeted fans at HMV inside the Manchester Arndale Centre. The star seems to enjoy signings at HMV since this is the second time this year she’s headed over there. Although last time she was a tad more colorful.

Victoria looked fabulous as she waved to fans while wearing skinny jeans, a cute black blazer over a black and white top plus some black heels to tie the whole look together. She really is quite pretty, don’t you agree?

The Nickelodeon star is no stranger to world of fashion. She’s able to rock colored denim with the best of them!
