You know, the above headline makes so much sense. We weren’t going to be rude (us never) and proclaim it on the streets, but there was always something über-homo friendly about the Beckhams — David included. Even their little affiliation with Tom Cruise made us think: hmmmmmm. Not that there’s anything wrong with it, of course.
Victoria Beckham recently told Italy’s Vanity Fair via The Sun that she feels like a gay man and has absolutely nothing in common with straight men — save David, course (*cough, cough*).
“I love women. I like them as friends, as interesting people to
speak with. But I love gay men. I always say it. Inside me there is a gay man who wants
to come out! With heterosexual men I have nothing in common – excluding my husband,
brothers and father, you understand.”
Well this explains David’s handsy soccer pals rubbing his ass for good luck. (wink, wink) Wonder if David helped unleash her latent homosexual man.

I don’t think a lot of women identify with straight men all that much. The level of emotional intelligence present in many heterosexual men just isn’t high enough to expect much stimulating conversation from. That’s why all the commercials you see that are aimed at straight men are loud, obnoxious, and seem intended for 10-year-old boys with behavioral problems. The marketers know their demographic. Women marry these men out there and act so surprised when they find just how…limited they are. At least it seems as if Victoria backed a good one.
