To me, nothing embodies the spirit of the holidays more than this little snippet of life, portraying two straight men doing what they have to do to support their family. Man’s ability to quickly adapt and even excel at skills they didn’t even know they possessed is truly remarkable. Plus, this comedy short stars Laura Silverman (sister of Sarah) who is amazing on “The Sarah Silverman Program” and “The Comeback” (now on DVD for your Christmas buying pleasure). I like to think that my dad would have been willing to do the same to put bread on our table. Or maybe I don’t. I’m not yet sure how I feel about it…
