Star of “Kill Bill” and “Booty Call,” Vivica Fox earned herself a DUI Tuesday night, when she was stopped going 80 mph in her 2007 Cadillac Escalade. That’s right, y’all, cause Vivica’s CLASSY. After failing a field sobriety test, Vivica was placed under arrest by officers under suspicion of driving under the influence, according to TMZ.

Fox was taken to Van Nuys jail where she submitted to two breathalyzer tests. CHP spokesman Leland Tang told TMZ, “It was definitely over the .08 legal limit.”

Fox was cited and released on her own recognizance and ordered to appear in court.

I have a feeling that had Vivica been rocking her old face from back in the day, she might have been able to charm her way out of it. As it is, I doubt she can muster a sexy wink these days, without the aid of a complicated system of levers and pulleys.

so the most hillarious thing about this is that when nicole richie got her dui- Vivica Fox is was on tv “saying how she needs to get help and that she could’ve not only hurt herself, but someone else” or something to that effect, acting all high and mighty-
Can anyone say foot in mouth………?

Is the law different in California or something? Why are all these celebs getting a DUI if their breathalyzer states they are over the legal limit? Is that not a DWI? I could be mistaken, it wouldn’t be the first time, but in Texas they put a blow and go in your car if you rinse with mouthwash!
