Nicky Hilton wore a nautical striped dress while doing some shopping out in West Hollywood today. The heiress recently returned from a trip to St. Tropez and Ibiza, where she and sister Paris partied and shopped after breaking up with their boyfriends-Nicky and David Katzenberg split in late July.
