The Rush & Molloy team have uncovered a reason as to why we may not want to totally believe party promoter Brian Quintana‘s side of the Paris Hilton harassment story.

Ten years ago, Quintana sought a restraining order against Stephanie Powers, claiming the “Hart to Hart” star groped and battered him and forced him to have sex.

At the time, Quintana was working loosely with a charity headed by the actress, and said she would ply him with booze and force him into bed with her. Then he said he started getting threatening phone calls, similar to those he claims to have had from Hilton and her pals recently.

“The calls said, ‘Watch your back,’” Quintana told the Globe about Powers in 1995. “He warned, ‘You should be — you’re a dead man. You sure messed with the wrong woman.’” Some insiders have snarked that Quintana gets a kick out of filing claims against people more famous than he is. Powers produced affidavits proving she was out of the country during most of the period Quintana alleged the abuse, and the restraining order was dropped soon after.

The party promoter asserts, “I have never been convicted of anything sexual in behavior. (he was only accused)” He does admit that he was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon after trying to mow down his landlord and two friends with his car during a rental dispute.

Does anyone want to go to a party promoted by Brian Quintana now? He kind of sounds like a live wire to me.

Thought you should know that all the story’s about Paris Hilton and this so called event promoter Brian Quintana is a crock.. I met Brian 2 years ago. He is NOT and event promoter, he is a sleazy guy who wanna-be producers and rich married men pay to get them into studio premeier’s and hook them up with women who say that they are actresse’s but have sex with these guys for money.

This guy Brian told me that Ron Silver the owner of the Clippers uses him to find Ron these slutty women to have sex with and to service his business accociates. This guy Brian was such a braggard he was throwing names of all the men who pay him. It was just a matter of time before he got himself in trouble. This guy Brian likes to hang out at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills and scouts for women and the men who pay for them. I was one of the girls that he approached. He’s gross and in the closet.

I don’t like Paris Hilton, but this guy Brian is a sleaz bag and I’m sure he did something to her inapropriate. He’s what you call a bottom feeder and he also worked for some Polotciian’s campaign that I can’t think of the name right now and has made a name for himself because he’s pissed so many people off in this town and stabed them in the back.

My point in telling you all of this is because he is NOT an EVENT PROMOTER and he is by far an inncoent victim of Paris Hilton. Someone should really look into his background.. the dirt that one would dig up and the names of people who pay him for hookers would be scandalous.
