In an effort to speed up the process of her divorce from her former tenderoni, Bobby Brown, Whitney Houson has asked for a default judgement for her divorce proceedings. The legal document submitted by Houston to the Orange County Superior Court at the end of last year indicated that according to the singer, there are “no issues of division community property,” reports CelebTV.com.

However, Whitney has requested custody of Bobbi Kristina, the couple’s 13-year old daughter and is willing to allow visitation rights for the child’s father.
