Whitney & Bobby: The Aftermath

November 16th, 2006 // Leave a Comment

Even though it seems that Whitney Houston has done her best to distance herself from her substance abuse problems and her problematic relationship with her future ex-husband, it looks like she’s still going to have to deal with the consequences left behind by both of those elements of her past. From Yahoo! News:

Whitney Houston’s New Jersey mansion is slated to be sold at a sheriff’s sale because she is more than $1 million behind on the mortgage and taxes have not been paid this year, according to reports published Wednesday. The Jan. 4 sale was scheduled Tuesday by the Morris County Sheriff’s Office, the Daily Record of Parsippany reported. The service agent for Chevy Chase Bank, the mortgage holder, sued Houston in June.

Well, at least you’re looking pretty good these days, girl. Just get your comeback album under your belt and I’m sure everything will be fine. Maybe you can split a room with Kelly Price and Faith Evans at the Heartbreak Hotel until everything works out.
