The second most boring reality TV star, Whitney Port and friend, Brothers & Sisters actress Roxy Olin, spend the afternoon at the beach. Port was wearing a tiny yellow polka dot bikini designed by Brette Sandler. The pals have been in Miami for a few days going to some of the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Swim shows.
