The custody battle between Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston over their fourteen-year-old daughter, Bobbi Kristina, appeared to have reignited, with Bobby claiming that he was giving so much money to his wife, in order to help support her and his daughter during Whitney’s stay in rehab, that he was forced to live out of his car. Whitney, for her part, is claiming that Bobby has done almost nothing to help care for their daughter, and claims that his claim for spousal support is without merit. From Bobby:
“I did all I could to see my daughter … I also paid approximately $10,000 for Whitney and Bobbi Kris to live in a nice hotel while Whitney was going through rehab … I basically lived out of my car.”
And from Whitney’s end:
“Bobby is going to try to get child or spousal support from me … Bobby is fully capable of working and earning substantial sums of money if he would control her personal behavior.”
Bless Bobbi Kristina’s heart, hopefully, by the time it’s decided who gets custody, hopefully, she’ll be old enough to just be on her own.
