sat in the car the whole time. Kate also left all the windows up, no

That is just ignorant. Isn’t there a law against that in California? I’ve never understood why people bring their pets with them when they are going to park for long periods of time and shop, or in this case, get their hair done. Pets only belong in cars when you are taking them some place. Kate, you are now officially beneath my notice.

This is plain wrong! I fail to understand how anyone who owns a pet can do something so risky and stupid such as what Kate did here! I hope that poor dog was okay after being shut in that vehicle with no water, no outside fresh air, and tied down. I don’t know what the temperature was that day, but regardless, it’s not right to do this and I hope there’s a state law against this animal abuse, because that is what it is, plain and simple. If you can’t keep the dog with you, then don’t take it with you and leave it unattended in a car for hours on end with no hydration, no fresh air, nothing..

what a MONSTER. Isn’t there a law against that in the USA? the poor dog could have died!! at least the paps should have called someone to report this animal abuser.

If this is true why didn’t the photographers do something about it? Just because theres a pic of the pup in the car, doesn’t prove the rest of the story. If anyone was concerned they should have done something about it.

agree with Vickie. everyone who observed this and did nothing is just as culpable.

Maybe that is why the photo was taken…Who is to say it did NOT get reported?? Let,s remember the big picture here. Why start blaming the paps or the public? How about that dog’s owner?!
