Thank God I was wrong to assume that Taylor Swift went cray-cray-tay and bought a house on the periphery of the Kennedy compound in Hyannisport, MA.

In all honesty, though, can you blame me?  Sister pens lovelorn songs about her ex-boyfriends.  Buying a house near her new 18-year-old boyfriend isn’t that far-fetched.

The seven-bedroom home that People Magazine initially confirmed was purchased by Swift, actually belongs to a New York hedge fund manager, according to the Cape Cod Times.

Sunday (via TMZ), Swift joined boyfriend Conor Kennedy and his family for a visit to his mother’s grave at St. Xavier’s in Hyannis.  Mary Kennedy, who was divorced from Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., took her own life back in May.
