Good news, music lovers: Lollapalooza 2007 is on. Even more good news: Pearl Jam is headlining. Now, the bad news: Lolla is no longer a traveling tour as in years past; this year, Perry Farrell decided the alterna-fest will be a three-day festival in Chicago’s Grant Park, August 3-5, just as it was in 2005. While this is awful for East Coast snobs like me who refuse to go to the Midwest, those open-minded travelers will get quite a bang for their buck. The $195 ticket allows fans to see an astounding line-up, including The Roots, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Amy Winehouse, and Interpol.
