Zac Efron could have used a comb at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday evening (August 9, 2009) in Universal City, Calif.
I’m not liking the new hairdo. Plus the poor thing had to walk the red carpet alone. I’m assuming so he didn’t have to be associated with the latest Vanessa Hudgens nudie scandal.
