In the never ending promotion tour for High School Musical 3, Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron have landed in Tokyo. Or more specifically in Narita, Chiba, Japan. The couple were greeted at Narita International Airport by hundreds of screaming fans.

More than 30 police and security guards were deployed to manage the fans and paparazzi who thronged Narita Airport on Saturday, January 24. I’m assuming Zac won’t be driving around Tokyo on his own after this spectacle.

“I’ve never seen anything like it,” said an onlooker. “Their fans were screaming and some were crying because they were so happy to see them.” Awww. You gotta love the passion of the tweens.
