If you were hoping to avoid Zac Efron news, then you really should just close your eyes for the next ten years. Because we get the sneaking suspicion, this kid will be around for a while.

The 17 Again star is in heavy-duty promotion mode for the film and posed for the cover of GQ, giving an in-depth interview. The triple-threat actor revealed that Leonardo DiCaprio‘s advice from one heartthrob to another was, “There’s one way that you can really f— this all up. Just do heroin.”

Also, the High School Musical star braved the estrogen-filled uterus that is The View for an interview with the gushing ladies. Good ol’ awkward Elisabeth Hasselbeck quizzed Zac about his decision to turn down Footloose, prompting the star to to repeat himself.

Only Whoopi Goldberg had the good sense to be grossed out by Sherri Shepherd telling Zac that his performance in 17 Again caused her to have “fantasies” about him. Good Lord. At least I’d have the good sense not to tell him that shit to his face.
