Zac Efron and Me and Orson Welles director Richard Linklater travelled to Austin, Texas for the film’s premiere.

Efron spent most of his time signing autographs and charming cameras and fans with his megawatt smile.

Proceeds from the premiere, hosted by the Austin Film Society, will benefit the Texas Filmmakers’ Production Fund. the movie will open nationwide Dec. 11.
