Lucky for High School Musical star Zac Efron, even if the 21-year-old actor did magically manage to turn 17 again, this visit to a beer garden in Berlin would still be kosher because of Germany’s lower drinking age.

Clearly, this denim jacket of his is turning into one of his favorite items of clothing. And we’re not complaining about his affinity for the piece, since it gives him a sexy, James Dean look.
