I guess the joint appearance of red carpet cuties Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens at the Hollywood premiere of Watchmen bodes well for the status of this young couple’s relationship. Rumored to be planning to get married, Zac was recently spotted out and about with another young starlet, Danielle Panabaker.

For the time being, the High School Musical stars kept it casual and cute except for Zac’s superfluous beanie. Dude, it’s not that cold out here.
