Wearing Chuck guest star Brandon Routh slung over his shoulder and a bullet proof, NBC star, Zachary Levi shows that his computer nerd character’s transformation into a death-defying super-spy is complete.

Chuck is returning with 19 episodes and Levi is grateful. The actor tells Collider.com, “I’m just happy to be alive and have a job.” In fact, he’s got more than one at the moment. Levi has been cast as a the voice of bandit, Flynn Ryder, in Disney’s animated feature, Rapunzel.

Mandy Moore will be voicing the female lead and Zachary explains, “It’s funny, I’ve seen some blogs and things with people freaking out because they’re like, ‘They’re going to make her action Barbie Rapunzel,’ and that’s really not the case.” Instead, Zachary promises Pixar will deliver the goods.
