No, Zachary Quinto won’t be joining the cast of Melrose Place. The Star Trek star’s production company is working on Nashville, a series pilot for the CW.

The new series will take place in Nashville and will revolve around music and budding stars trying to make it big.

There’s hope for this show, Mark Schwahn, creator of One Tree Hill, will direct and executive produce. One Tree Hill is so horrible, cheesy, and great that Nashville has the potential to be just as tragic.
