I get asked a lot to share workout tips.. I’ve shared my 25lb muscle gains in two weeks for @roughnightmovie on @mensfitness – that involves lower reps, HEAVY weight and LOTS of food. But to stay in healthy agile shape… my hot tip is to work your butt off every time you’re in the gym with strength and compound movements.. make it count. I do 5-6hrs a week of training. That’s it! Then watch what goes in your mouth.. as in be smart!;) Guys- 195-245lbs Women- 95- 145lbs 20 hex bar deadlifts 20shoulder shrugs 20 calf raise .. All together no rest. -1.5 min rest- Guys – 95- 145lbs Women- 65-95lbs 20 Step back lunge to high knee.
