We reported a few days ago that Pride Live has announced its fourth annual Stonewall Day, a global campaign to elevate awareness and support the legacy of the Stonewall riots and LGBTQ+ activism. Adam Lambert, on behalf of his Feel Something Foundation, will host a virtual Stonewall Day 2021 celebration on Sunday, June 6th, where he will curate a diverse group of musical performances and presentations.

Lambert recently revealed to Ryan Seacrest that heโ€™s working on a forthcoming musical based off a true story featuring that will feature an array of collaborations.

โ€œIโ€™ve been focusing on a couple of projects that I probably wouldnโ€™t have had the attention span for otherwise,โ€ Adam shared. โ€œIโ€™ve been writing a lot of music via Zoom, โ€ฆ but itโ€™s for a musical actually. Iโ€™m developing a musical in a different way with a lot of people from the pop world, a lot of collaborations, itโ€™s very exciting.โ€

Adam couldnโ€™t dish too much but shared itโ€™s based off a true story.

โ€œWeโ€™re just looking at music right now,โ€ he added. โ€œThe story is based on a guy that really lived so itโ€™s a real-life story, but itโ€™s a guy that you probably donโ€™t know which is very exciting. But, thatโ€™s all I can say right now.โ€

Plus, we are hoping that Lambert follows through on this idea. During a virtual appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show this week, the host gushed: โ€œLook how good you look! Are you ever going to come out with a make-up line? Because you do your make-up so well.โ€

He replied: โ€œI would love to; I think that would be really fun. I was in theatre, so [make-up] was a part of getting ready for the show. I just loved getting to sit in front of the mirror and transform my face and cover up all of my freckles at the time, because I was ashamed for them. I wish I had them today.โ€
