Amber Heard is accusing Johnny Depp of paying millions of dollars in “hush money” to possible witnesses to the actor’s alleged abuse, and now is asking his former manager to turn over records regarding any payments.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Heard has subpoenaed The Mandel Group (TMG) who was Mr. Depp’s longstanding business management firm from 1999 until they parted ways in 2016 amid a bitter dispute.
The actress is seeking records from the company, including “payments on Mr. Depp’s behalf to conceal acts of violence, payments to witnesses who observed Mr. Depp’s violence and/or helped cover it up, and incidents of violence by Mr. Depp.”
