In a plot twist that would make tabloid writers jealous, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez were caught in what looked like a dramatic showdown at the Beverly Hills Hotel. This does seem to be the end of Bennifer 2.0.
The 53-year-old Batman actor, known for his moody roles, was seen in a heated chat with the 55-year-old triple threat. As Lopez wiped her eyes in their car, you could almost hear the sad music of a doomed romance playing.
Page Six reports, “Ben and JLo are currently at the Polo Lounge at Beverly Hills Hotel holding hands and kissing. The kids are with them, but at a separate table.”
TMZ completely denies this reporting and states, “Let's be clear here … there was absolutely no PDA between Ben and Jenn — not even the slightest bit of touching. In fact, it seems pretty frigid between the two, if we're being honest.”
Making things more complicated, their kids from previous marriages were there too – a real Hollywood Brady Bunch. Just imagine the therapy costs.
In a soap opera-worthy turn, things got juicy when Affleck kissed Matt Damon‘s wife, Luciana. This happened right after Damon was seen holding hands with Lopez. Talk about a messy situation!
Lopez, always stylish, wore her engagement ring on her pinky – a fashion choice that says a lot. Meanwhile, Affleck's on-and-off ring-wearing has kept gossip going strong.
The drama continued at the Toronto International Film Festival, where Lopez and Damon had a secret talk. Sources say Damon wasn't happy about discussing his best friend's marriage troubles. After all, why let personal drama get in the way of a movie premiere?
