Blue Ivy Carter is celebrating her first Grammy win! Beyoncé took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a video recap (see below) of her 2021 Grammy Awards experience, which included showing how she and JAY-Z's 9-year-old daughter celebrated winning the Best Music Video Grammy for “Brown Skin Girl.”
Beyoncé shared an Instagram video yesterday paying tribute to her Grammy journey and the history she made Sunday when she became the most awarded female artist in Grammy history with 28 wins. At the end of the clip, two photos of Blue with her first trophy appeared.
In the pic, Blue is sporting a crown on her head as she stares directly into the camera as she holds the trophy sideways in order to drink out of it with a straw.
Another shot of Blue shows her proudly holding up the Grammy as she smiles for the camera.

While Blue didn't make a speech and wasn't at the Grammy ceremony, Beyoncé dedicated part of her acceptance speech marking her 28th win to congratulating her daughter.
Beyoncé said: “Thank you guys so much. Oh my god. I am so honored. I am so excited. Thank you guys. As an artist, I believe it's my job and all of our jobs to reflect the times. It has been such a difficult time so I wanted to uplift, encourage, and celebrate all of the beautiful Black queens and kings that continue to inspire me and inspire the whole world. This is so overwhelming. I've been working for my whole life, since nine years old, and I can’t believe this happened. This is such a magical night. Thank you so much. I know my daughter is watching, two daughters and my son, y’all are all watching. Congratulations Blue. She won a Grammy tonight. I'm so proud of you, and I'm so honored to be your mommy, all of your mommys. Y’all are my babies. And I'm so proud of y’all. I love you so much, my rock. Enjoy your night. Thank you.”
