Chris Hemsworth shared with the world that his 7-year-old son, Tristan, lovingly calls him his “special friend.”

The six-year-old had been tasked with a creative writing project at school.

The doting father, who also shares eight-year-old India Rose and Tristan’s twin Sasha with wife Elsa Pataky, posted the picture of his son’s school assignment on Instagram.

The project was marked “well done” by his teacher.

“My special friend is dad. Together we go in the pool. Together they make me feel happy,” Tristan wrote.

It warmed Chris' heart as he captioned the photo, “My little boys creative writing.”

His 47 million followers were quick to comment how cute the note was and applaud the youngster’s penmanship, some even questioning why his writing was better than their own.

Needless to say, Chris' fans were moved by the emotional post.

“I’m not crying, you are,” model Kris Smith penned in the comments section. “Because that’s what good dads do,” remarked another.

“Your dad is Thor. How could you not be happy,” another Instagram user wrote.

Others couldn't believe how neat Tristan's handwriting is. “Why is his handwriting better than mine,” questioned a fan.

“Penmanship 10/10,” another praised.

The Hemsworth clan moved away from Hollywood to Byron Bay in 2014 to give their children a more relaxed lifestyle.

“When I think about my kids, I don’t want them to miss that joy,” Hemsworth told GQ last year.

“Elsa and I talk a lot about how we instill that same appreciation and respect for things. I don’t want them to feel like they’re privileged in any way.”

“The fact that we have money and their parents are famous, that somehow they’re special, that scares me because we grew up with no money.”
