In some of the most bizarre celebrity news of the week, Celine Dion has urged rapper Drake to think twice about getting a tattoo of her face on his body.

Dion issued a direct plea to her fellow Canadian star during an interview with iHeartRadio Canada.

Drake, famous for hits including “One Dance,” “Hotline Bling” and “Started From The Bottom,” reportedly said a few years ago that he wanted to get the Grammy-award-winning big ballad singer's face inked – to add to a collection which includes Denzel Washington, Aaliyah and The Beatles.

The pair were pictured together at the Billboard Awards in 2017. But now, Dion has urged him not to go through with it.

When asked which celebrity she would choose to get tattooed, she instead issued her plea to Drake.

“Please Drake, I love you very much,” the singer said. “Can I tell you something? Don't do that.”

“You can write me love letters, you can send me autographs for my kids, you can come and visit.

“I can have you home for lunch or dinner… we can go for a drink. We can sing together. Whatever you want to do… I can talk to your mother. Whatever you want, but please…”

Gesturing to her face, she continued: “This is not the money-maker.”

Dion added: “My face will go longer and it will go not prettier.

“So please, don't tattoo. If you do it, just do a fake one so you can change your mind.”

Drake is yet to respond, but keep everything crossed for that Drake-Dion collaboration.
