Seeing that Camilla is 21 years old, and the fact that Leo upgrades his model girlfriends every 6 – 12 months, the likely hood of that happening is rather slim.
A source has revealed to Us Weekly that “They’re very in love and serious. They’ve talked about getting engaged.”

I'm not so sure about that. DiCaprio’s longest-lasting relationship was previously with supermodel Gisele Bundchen from 2000 to 2005. He was pretty into Gisele.
