Jennifer Lopez has chosen not to comment on the speculation surrounding her relationship with Ben Affleck.
During a press panel in Mexico City on Wednesday for her upcoming film Atlas, Lopez shut down a reporter’s inquiry about the rumored divorce. “You know better than that,” she said with a brief smile, according to a video posted on social media.
Lopez is currently promoting her latest Netflix movie while rumors circulate that she and Affleck are heading for a split. The actress attended the movie’s second premiere solo in Mexico on Tuesday, while Affleck was spotted leaving the popular Santa Monica restaurant Giorgio Baldi later that evening.

Earlier this week, a source informed Page Six that Affleck, 51, reportedly has realized his marriage to Lopez, 54, is over. “If there was a way to divorce on grounds of temporary insanity, he would,” the source said. “He feels like the last two years were just a fever dream, and he’s come to his senses now and understands there is no way this is going to work.”
Breakup rumors intensified last week after Page Six published photos of Affleck leaving a home in Los Angeles’s Brentwood neighborhood, where he reportedly stays separately from Lopez.

Despite the rumors, the couple was seen together on Friday for the first time in over a month, attending a play featuring Affleck’s 15-year-old daughter, Seraphina. However, the split speculation persisted as reports surfaced that Affleck had been searching for a new home in Los Angeles.
In an apparent effort to dismiss the rumors, Affleck and Lopez attended a movie event at the Aero Theater in Santa Monica together on Sunday, presenting a united front. Affleck was even seen receiving a call from “Jennifer Affleck” while driving, with Lopez seated beside him in the passenger seat.

The couple has yet to make any official statements regarding their relationship status.
