Britney Spears is reportedly unable to see more of her two sons, Sean Preston, 13, and Jayden James, 12, until Kevin Federline thinks she’s ready.
Britney’s ex-husband is allegedly disregarding her ‘immediate concern’ to increase her visitation rights until he’s sure she is “stable.”
New reports suggest that Britney is desperate to get more access to her children but the terms are still at Kevin’s discretion.
A source told Us Weekly on Tuesday: “Britney’s immediate concern has been in having increased visitation time with her boys.”
“Kevin won’t allow the boys to spend more time with their mother until Britney is once again stable and therapeutic on medication.”
Therapeutic? Who is the source?
Federline allows the boys to spend time with Britney, but it’s at his discretion.
Britney was discharged from a 30-day treatment to improve her mental health last month.
Spears is looking to end her father Jamie Spears’ conservatorship over her personal life, including his oversight of her visitors.
Her mother, Lynne Spears, has become more involved in the conservatorship and wants Britney back in treatment, but the Grammy winner is ready to make her own decisions.
According to ET‘s source, “Britney's mother has always wanted to have a position in Britney's conservatorship.”
“Her mom has tried at different points over for years to have some sort of say,” the source said.
