As part of the actress' release from custody, a judge ruled Wednesday that Loughlin can only travel outside the US through the calendar year in order to fulfill contractual work obligations.

She was told she will have to surrender her passport in December 2019, once the work is complete.

It's not yet clear if or how Hallmark's decision will impact Loughlin's ability to retain her passport through 2019.
