It has been tough, but we’ve spent all week long scouring the depths of Instagram to bring you this week’s Instahottie — Ben Smith.
You may recognize Ben from his appearance on The Bachelorette. After graduating from the prestigious military academy West Point (he got recruited to play golf), Smith served in the Army and became a Ranger—before leaving active duty after breaking his back.
According to his fitness app’s website, Smith is a fitness and nutrition coach, entrepreneur, and mental health advocate based in Los Angeles. With more than a decade working in health and fitness, he has led programming at respected strength training gyms in LA, developed online training for high performing individuals all over the world, and currently travels the globe as performance coach for clients in the music industry. Ben’s goal is to promote holistic mind body wellness and deliver simple fitness to as many people as possible.
