It has been tough, but we’ve spent all week long scouring the depths of Instagram to bring you this week’s Instahottie — Fran Merelo!

Fran is a personal trainer and co-founder of the Fit and Five gym from Spain. Not surprisingly, the 36-year-old Spaniard is also a model.

According to his website, Fran’s journey all started from “my passion for fitness.
