It has been tough, but we’ve spent all week long scouring the depths of Instagram to bring you this week’s Instahottie — Fran Merelo!
Fran is a personal trainer and co-founder of the Fit and Five gym from Spain. Not surprisingly, the 36-year-old Spaniard is also a model.
According to his website, Fran’s journey all started from “my passion for fitness. I had no idea what the first steps would be like, but I did know that I wanted people to feel the way I feel when I’m training: happy, motivated, energetic, vital and with a constant desire to continue progressing. That same feeling I want for you, and it is what will make you achieve your goals.”
