Pop singer Meghan Trainor has opened up about a beauty treatment gone wrong that's left her unable to smile.
“I got too much Botox and I need help!” the “No” singer shared candidly during a recent episode of her Workin' on It podcast, where she was joined by her brother Ryan Trainor and spouse, Daryl Sabara.
“I messed up! I've had Botox a handful of times … just on my forehead,” she revealed, noting that she ventured into trying it in a different facial area.
The 30-year-old artist disclosed that she was convinced to try something called a “lip flip” to enhance her upper lip's appearance.
“Someone convinced me with my little lips … that you could have a beautiful flip on your upper lip and I could have one for the first time in my whole 30 years of living. It was not true,” she said.
“Also, I cannot smile anymore,” the hitmaker admitted. “Look, this is as big as I can smile. … Everywhere I go I cannot smile. My face hurts to smile, to even try.”
The singer shared a photo of herself at an animal shelter holding a dog, explaining, “I'm a happy person here. I'm holding a puppy. I don't look happy. I look like I smelled someone's fart.”
