West Hollywood saw double—and maybe a little triple—on October 10 as A-listers, pop royalty, and Bravo heavyweights descended on The Abbey Food and Bar for MISTR‘s 2nd Annual National PrEP Day Celebration.

Between the flashbulbs and the overflowing martinis, it was the ultimate collision of Hollywood’s elite making sexual health look exceptionally chic. “Healthcare should not require you to edit yourself first,” MISTR noted, setting the exact tone for a night where shamelessness was the ultimate accessory.

Chart-toppers Christina Aguilera, Chappell Roan and Charli XCX served up pure pop pandemonium, rubbing shoulders with music legends like Kesha, Demi Lovato, and Kim Petras. The guest list didn’t stop at Top 40 royalty. Tove Lo, Tinashe, and model Emily Ratajkowski brought the requisite glamour, while reality television’s finest—including Real Housewives stars Meredith Marks, Marysol Patton, Sutton Stracke, and Phaedra Parks—proved that drama takes a backseat when public health is on the menu.

“We know how to end new HIV transmissions in the United States. The tools exist. The infrastructure exists,” Tristan Schukraft, MISTR CEO and owner of The Abbey, previously declared about the holiday’s mission. “What remains is commitment.”

And commit, they did. Guests like Sam Asghari, CT Tamburello, and drag royalty Plastique Tiara hit their marks, making sure the paparazzi got every angle. The whole point? Normalizing HIV prevention. As MISTR perfectly summarized, “Because ‘I take PrEP’ should be as unremarkable as ‘I take allergy medication,’ not a dramatic confession.”

Why hide in a sterile waiting room when you can party for prevention? “No awkwardly announcing your sex life within earshot of someone looking for a vending machine,” MISTR’s organizers quipped.

Because let’s face it: as the company declared on their blog, “taking charge of your sexual health is a 10/10 idea.” And a West Hollywood bash packed with pop stars and reality queens is definitely the best way to get that message across.
