Queer Eye Cast Teaming Up With Jill Biden for Joe Biden Campaign Fundraiser

The Queer Eye Fab Five โ€” Jonathan Van Ness, Bobby Berk, Karamo Brown, Tan France and Antoni Porowski โ€” recorded a video with Jill Biden for a fundraiser for her husband Joe Bidenโ€˜s presidential campaign on Tuesday (September 1, 2020).

โ€œDo you care about ending this pandemic?โ€ Porowski asks. โ€œDo you care about homeless veterans, about the environment?โ€ Brown asks.

France weighs in asking, โ€œTrans lives? Black lives?โ€ before Biden says, โ€œDo you want to make life better for us teachers?โ€

โ€œAnd what about health care for those who canโ€™t afford it?โ€ Porowski asks. โ€œWhat about just getting Donald Trump out of office?โ€ Berk asks.

Members of the Queer Eye cast also have waded into politics in the last year. Van Ness endorsed Sen. Elizabeth Warrenโ€˜s presidential campaign and hit the campaign trail with her in Iowa ahead of this yearโ€™s caucuses. In June, he participated in a โ€œCommunity of Prideโ€ event with Joe and Jill Biden and actor Billy Porter.

Last September, Brown spoke at an LGBTQ Presidential Forum, which featured candidates including Biden, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Earlier this summer, France, who was born in the UK, became a US citizen and announced he was registering to vote to โ€œvote for the change I wish to see in OUR nation.โ€
