Revry is bringing a fresh dose of queer comedy to streaming with the premiere of I’m Dead, a new original series debuting June 7 at 9 p.m. ET. The 12-episode half-hour show features a lineup of emerging and established LGBTQ+ comedians, including RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars favorite Salina EsTitties, Percy Rustomji, Kaycee Conlee, Lady Bushra, Marval A. Rex, Pressure K, and more. Directed by Marie Alyse Rodriguez and produced by Purple Intuition, the series combines stand-up performances with reality-style confessionals for a format that’s equal parts comedy special, backstage hangout, and candid conversation.
Filmed at The Cat’s Crawl in Los Angeles, each episode revolves around a shared theme such as family, dating, or social observations, with performers offering wildly different perspectives on the same topics. The result is a mix of sharp punchlines, personal stories, and unfiltered commentary that highlights the diversity of queer experiences. The series also features unique acts like Adario Mercadante’s alter ego Yammo the Hyena, delivering what Revry describes as a first-of-its-kind stand-up set from a furry performer.
Created by Revry co-founders Christopher Rodriguez and Damian Pelliccione, I’m Dead continues the platform’s commitment to elevating LGBTQ+ voices and talent. Following the success of King of Drag, which returns for a second season this September, the new series expands Revry’s original programming slate with a comedy showcase that’s weird, honest, and unapologetically queer. Check out the trailer and get ready to get your laugh on when I’m Dead premieres on Revry on June 7.
