The alleged victims accused the high profile lawyer of purposefully stealing money from a fund meant for families of victims of the Lion Air plane crash that occurred in 2018 in order to pay for his and Jayne’s “lavish lifestyle.”

Edelson law firm — who worked closely with Girardi on the plane crash settlement case — also claimed to have proof that “money that belonged to the surviving widows and orphans of the victims of that plane crash had, in fact, been used to make payments for Erika or her companies.”

“Garcelle has been coming for Erika this season,” a source spilled. “A couple nights ago, while filming, they really got into it with each other.”
