Today marks 3 months since i set out new fitness goals. To make time to do something for myself. This is an appreciation post to those who have pushed, trained, and inspired me along the way. From personal trainers @equinox and @modeltrainersnyc , to @rumble_boxing , and @barrysbootcamp … i have officially fallen in love with fitness. And ending this appreciation post with some appreciation to myself, because I’m the one who made these legs get up and walk to get IT DONE! Can’t stop, won’t stop. Motivated now more than ever to keep pushing! If you want something, the only thing stopping you from achieving it is you! #fitnessgoals

hey y’all. ok let’s talk truths. i’ve had the busiest year of my life. been working every single week all over the world and as grateful as i am for the incredible new opportunities, unfortunately i haven’t had the time i would prefer to focus on my body. i have been really hard on myself lately. a tumultuous relationship with my belly fat and am sometimes just downright mean to myself. and then duh i remembered what my spouse @bethanycmeyers does for a living. it’s hard sometimes to see just how incredible your partner is professionally when you spend so much time together. this app, @thebecomeproject, was built specifically to counteract this type of self deprecative behavior. and in a timely fashion. in just 25 minutes i already feel better. and that’s when you really start to get into shape. physically, emotionally, and spiritually. i know it’s hard to believe but this is actually the first time i have done one of their videos at home. i have seen bethany build this incredibly inclusive business from the ground up and although it hasn’t always been easy, my god has it been worth it. it’s time i start supporting in the best way i can. to be an active participant. i love you baby, i’m so proud of you. and to everyone that is still reading, i love you too. and bethany and i proud of you as well. check out the app. follow @thebecomeproject. and give yourself a big hug today. you are worth it. for if the moon can change, so can we. #allofitisyou ps this workout is encouraged to be done in your underwear
