The Week in Drag – meet the queens of Drag Race Germany, Pandora Boxx in the hot seat, put on your game face with Trixie Mattel and more

Drag Race Germany

Hello, hello, hello! We are back with another wrap-up of everything RuPaul’s Drag Race. As we head into the waning days of summer, we have updates and videos to keep you up-to-date on some of your favorite queens.

This week, we were introduced to the queens competing for the crown on Drag Race Germany, and our wallets let out a collective cry as Trixie launched a new collection of must-have cosmetics. We also revisit season one with Bob and Monét and check in with OG queen Pandora Boxx.

Let’s get this party started and let’s bring it to the runway!

World of Wonder just unveiled the queens who will be competing for the title of Germany’s first Drag Superstar in the inaugural season of the latest international Drag Race franchise.

Drag Race Germany marks the first German version of the Emmy-Award-winning franchise and will feature 11 fierce queens from across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, including: Barbie Q, Kelly Heelton, LéLé Cocoon, Loreley Rivers, Metamorkid, Nikita Vegaz, Pandora Nox, Tessa Testicle, The Only Naomy, Victoria Shakespears, and Yvonne Nightstand.

Guiding the contestants and the viewers through this fierce competition includes illustrious Hostess Barbie Breakout and Co-Host Gianni Jovanovic. Meet the queens and get ready for this new series.

Halloween is on the horizon and the queens are ready to spread some spooky fun with Voss Events’ 12th annual tour. At Night of the Living Drag, Yvie Oddly welcomes you into the Fifth Dimension. Enter the Twilight Zone with Angeria, Denali, Icesis Couture, Jaida Essence Hall, Jorgeous, Plastique, Rosé, and Tayce. The tour kicks off September 28 in Niagra Falls with stops across the country, wrapping up October 28 in Toledo. Tickets are onsale now via Voss Events.

I make no secret about how much I adore Pandora Boxx. If you’ve missed her as much as I have, you will definitely enjoy seeing her defending her looks in this episode of “Queenterogated.”

Trixie Mattel is back with more ways to lighten your wallet and look amazing. Check out this first look at her Game Face collection featuring primer, setting spray, and shimmer spray.

Trixie and Katya watch the second season of the Netflix series Heartstopper on “I Like to Watch.” As much as I like to watch these videos, I haven’t watched Heartstopper yet, so I am avoiding the spoilers, but I am pretty sure this video is hilarious.

With everything happening in the world, it’s often easy to get confused. But if you’re looking for a laugh, there’s no confusion – watch Trixie and Katya tackle the subject on the latest episode of “UNHhhh.”

Bob the Drag Queen tells tales from his illustrious career (including a surprising experience on America’s Got Talent) and kikis with Delta Work on the latest “Very Delta.”

Take another trip back in Drag Race her-story as Bob and Monét take us back to season one’s girl group challenge on “Sibling Watchery.”

Who’s the latest queen to be “Dusted by DeJa”? It’s season 10 (and former hostess of RuPaul’s Drag Race Live) Asia O’Hara. As always, the final result is stunning (I am in love with DeJa’s signature eyelashes.)

Sherry Vine, Jackie Beat, Honey Davenport and Mario Diaz take us back to the 70s (and channel Elton, Cher, Bette and Tina) in the video for “Sex in Heaven.”

And that’s a wrap on the Week in Drag. Join us next week for more from your faves and, until then, stay safe, stay healthy, support the queens and say LOVE!
