“The Drop: A Snowfall Saga” follows “Snowfall” characters Wanda Bell (Gail Bean) and Leon Simmons (Isaiah John) as they fight to reinvent themselves in ’90s Los Angeles, where the fallout from the crack epidemic is fueling a new game: the rise of West Coast rap.

Wanda starts the series driven by the clear belief that West Coast rap has the power to reshape American culture. She will work to put together a ragtag group of geniuses and lead them to the realization of all their dreams. To do it, she must navigate the dangerous overlap of music and street politics, pulling in those closest to her including her cousins Lamar Kinsey (Asante Blackk) and James Kinsey (Peyton Alex Smith), and pursuing volatile local rapper Artillery (Simmie “Buddy” Sims III), who is already in a tangle with law enforcement.

Her internship with former D-boy-turned-label-owner Darryl “DG” Grant (Brandon Mychal Smith) creates opportunities but also deepens tensions between Wanda and Leon, who has vowed to leave the streets for good and chase down his own atonement through his free legal clinic.

As ambition, loyalty and survival collide, how much is everyone willing to risk in order to build something lasting in a world that threatens to pull them down?

Aaryn Williams is polarizing, magnetic and often at the center of the drama. A content creator who was publicly outed as bisexual, she’s built a new life on her own terms with her incredibly supportive husband, Nick, and four daughters whom she homeschools. After breaking away from an ultra-religious upbringing in apartheid-era South Africa, Annari Uys is embracing what she calls the Big Defrost while raising three sons with her husband, Duan. Wealthy, glamorous and full of personality, Hailey Head is just beginning to explore life outside the home she shares with her longtime partner, Josh, and their two kids. Spunky and unapologetically herself, Hailey is ready to have some fun, even as Josh keeps a close eye on her social life.  A third-generation local with rodeo grit, platinum small-town status and firmly traditional views in her own marriage with Blake, Alli McAnelly is in a state of self-discovery as she steps away from her career to spend more time with her three kids.    San Antonio-born and raised as a preacher’s daughter, Gabby Hernandez Huffman is unpacking a repressed evangelical past while boldly exploring who and what she wants. After meeting her now-husband on a sugar-dating site, what began as an unconventional arrangement ultimately turned into a marriage.  Cast: Aaryn Williams Annari Uys Hailey Head Alli McAnelly Gabby Hernandez Huffman Nick Williams Duan Uys Jordan Huffman Blake McAnelly Josh Marsalis About Bravo: Bravo is the premier lifestyle and entertainment brand that drives cultural conversation around its high-quality, interactive original content across all platforms.
