The Week in Drag – Drag Race Takes on Charlie’s Angels, the Return of Alyssa Edwards, Fashion Field Trips With Violet Chachki and Aquaria and Lots More!

Charlie's Angels Meets Drag Race

It’s time once again to check in with the growing constellation of stars in the Drag Race universe. Our busy queens are making us laugh, making us beautiful and making us happy with new videos, projects and live shows.

We’ve also collected all of the latest recaps of the Drag Race UK water-themed episode and the US queens have lots to say about the Rainy Day Eleganza runway. Let’s take a look back at all of the fabulousness that happened this week!

Sadly, we had to say goodbye to one of our favorite queens on this week’s episode of Drag Race UK, but the episode brought the drama, the fashion and the best lip sync for your life of the season, and our podcasting friends have lots to say about the bottled water-drenched action.

Mano Agapion was joined by Oscar Montoya and Matthew Scott Montgomery (stars of the web series “West Hollywood”) to discuss the latest episode of “Drag Her” and Willam and Alaska spill the tea and take a look at other news from the worlds of drag and politics on “Race Chaser” and “Hot Goss”.

Although she’s gone, Blu Hydrangea is still slaying YouTube with her series “Blu's Beats.” This week, she shows us the artistry of her imaginative and beautiful Katy Perry-inspired, rainbow-hued, makeup running realness as she recreates her look from (sadly) her last runway on the show.

Raja gives us the most iconic vinyl look since Laura Palmer on Twin Peaks and discusses the rainy day fashions featured on the Drag Race UK runway with the eternally gorgeous Raven on the latest episode of “Fashion Photo Ruview.”

One of the most unforgettable season one queens, the kooky Tammie Brown, joins Yuhua Hamasaki to talk all things Drag Race UK on “Bootleg Opinions.”

Every time Cheryl Hole tongue pops on Drag Race UK, I think of (and miss) Alyssa Edwards. Luckily our favorite dancing queen is back to entertain us with an all-new online docu-series. “Alyssa Raw”, which debuts on WOW Presents Plus on November 25, is a three-part series taking you behind the scenes as Alyssa shoots a promo for her new eyeshadow palette (a collaboration with Anastasia Beverly Hills), participates in World Pride NYC celebrations and spends some time with her family in Dallas.

After the finale of Alyssa Raw on December 16, get ready for the return of her popular web series “Alyssa’s Secret”, which is set to debut just in time for Christmas. Now that’s a present for all of us.

The latest reboot of Charlie’s Angels is hitting theaters soon, and as much as I dig a great female-led action pic, I would love to see a full-length feature starring Nina West, Alaska, and Peppermint as the angels, fighting supervillain Katya with Mama Ru as “Boss-slay”. Get on this, Elizabeth Banks!

Anyone else miss the E! clip show The Soup? You don’t have to with Willam’s “Beatdown” series. In the latest episode, Willam weighs in on a drag queen parodying Silky Nutmeg Ganache’s recent wig flipping performance and takes sides on a battle royale between some fast food employees and a belligerent customer.

I love watching queens apply makeup, and I love it even more when I watch a tutorial and think to myself, “hey, I can do that.” This week’s episode of “Wet n' Wild Presents” is one of those videos, with Raven showing a self-confessed “no frills” makeup novice how to create a stunning look with the cosmetic company’s affordable “Day to Night” makeup kit.

All I want for Christmas is to see Jinkx Monsoon and BenDeLaCreme’s new show, “All I Want for Christmas is Attention.” Sadly, it’s not coming to Atlanta, but I can at least enjoy the pair talking about it – and so can you.

It’s still a few weeks away, but Jinkx has already got Thanksgiving on her mind and she and her son Kamikaze talk about it on the latest episode of “Cool Mom.”

From makeup to fashion, our favorite haute couture queen, Violet Chachki, is back with more glamour and glitz from Paris. In this episode of “Violet Does”, she attends Miu Miu’s runway show and chats about the latest news and YouTube’s new fashion division with CNN Style host Derek Blasberg.

Season 10’s winner, Aquaria, takes us on another fashion field trip on the latest episode of “Aquaria On/Off.” We join the queen as she attends fashion week events in London, including shows by designers Matty Bovan, House of Holland, Erdem, and Christopher Kane.

The lovely “Can Do Queens”, Kameron Michaels and Asia O’ Hara take on a fitness challenge in the latest episode of their web series. The pair do a little stretching, hot the rowing machine (fin fact: Asia rowed on a crew) and do lots of cardio, but who is the fittest? You’ll have to watch to find out. I would definitely be more inspired to work out if Kameron and Asia (and that hunky Aussie trainer) were there for me.

Lastly, we covered this earlier in the week, but I had to salute Pissi Myles, who attended the impeachment hearings in Washington. The New Jersey-based queen is covering the hearings for a new startup app called Happs and told NBC News, “It’s a crazy day in Washington! I’m flipping my wig over the high-energy proceedings today. Tensions are high, and the bar for who’s allowed in the Longworth House is very, very low.” She is the hero we didn’t know we needed.

That’s all for this week. We’ll have more updates, clips and news from your favorite queens next week, so, until then everybody say LOVE!
