Alicia Keys shows off Spanish language skills on a guest appearance on Pedro Capó and Farruko‘s “Calma.”
The song has been a huge hit already in Latin America, but the addition of Alicia Keys should bring in a much larger international audience.
“Hearing that Alicia Keys liked the song and wanted to join us on ‘Calma’ is an honor and blessing that really transcends what I can put into words,” Pedro Capó told Billboard.
“When we initially wrote the song, I wanted to capture and share what makes Puerto Rico so special to me, and so many of us on the island.”
We listen to a lot of music around the office and we do consider ourselves true pop music fans.
These some of the songs that Socialite Life is currently obsessed with and those we tend to hit the repeat button once they end.
Try and get these other songs the we are obsessed with out of your head:
“Medellin” by Madonna and Maluma
Full disclaimer, I have always been a huge Madonna fan. This is the single that could become her first bonafide hit in years. Madonna + Maluma = Magic.
“Before I Let Go” by Beyoncé
Julien” by Carly Rae Jepsen
Carly Rae Jepsen is back with another danceable song that which she says is “the song that taught me the heart and direction of this album.” We cannot wait!
“Adeline” by John-Robert.
John-Robert is only 18-years-old and is going to be a musical force to be reckoned with. The heart-wrenching ballad touches on the singer’s bittersweet relationship with unrequited love.
