Armie Hammer has returned to Instagram with two videos and is referring to the drama that’s engulfed his life over the past few years.
The 37-year-old Call Me By Your Name star ended his social media hiatus this week when he posted a video of himself watching The Swimmer on a train on Thursday (Nov. 02, 2023).
On Saturday (Nov. 04, 2023), dad-of-two Armie posted to his Instagram story a video of himself working out alongside a remark about how the last few years have featured “a lot of landmines.”

Armie – who was performing the “landmine press” exercise with a huge weight bar – joked about the “landmines” he’s encountered over the past few years.
He wrote: “Been a lot of land mines over the last couple of years. Finally found one that works for me.”
Armie then struck a more serious tone in a follow-up post, writing: “All jokes aside thank you for all the love and support.”

Armie had previously been accused of rape, emotional abuse, and violence by multiple women in 2021, which he denied.
Claims of an alleged fetish for cannibalism also came to light.
Multiple women who were supposedly in relationships with the actor accused him of committing violent abuse and engaging in non-consensual sexual practices.
Armie was said to have made remarks to the women that included fantasies of cannibalism and wanting to “take a bite” out of their body parts.
Earlier this year, the actor spoke about the allegations for the first time in a lengthy interview where he denied any criminal wrongdoing.
He vehemently denied all allegations of sexual abuse and rape, stating that all interactions with the women in question were consensual.
In May, the Los Angeles County DA’s office confirmed in a statement that they would not be filing sexual assault charges against the star following a lengthy investigation.
