Actor Armie Hammer quickly found himself in an Instagram mess and deleted a bizarre video that showed his young son sucking on his toes after it drew an immediate backlash.
The Call Me By Your Name star, 32, stunned fans with the short video posted to his Instagram Stories, showing his two-year-old son Ford sucking his toes as he lay back giggling.
Hammer's two-year-old seems to be teething, and as a result, he's putting all manner of things in his mouth — including his dad's toes.
“This happened for a solid 7 minutes,” Hammer captioned the video, adding the hashtag “#footfetishonfleek.”
A voice — presumably that of his wife, Elizabeth Chambers — can be heard in the background saying “this is not normal.”
Chambers has since spoken out about the video, commenting on Perez Hilton‘s Instagram post about it that it was harmless, though perhaps not the best idea to share the video.
“It wasn't seven minutes… more like five seconds,” Chambers wrote.
“Our son likes to play with people's feet, and I put the video on our family stream because this phase is an ongoing joke. Sharing the video on Instagram was def not the best move on A's part, but I can assure you that our children's safety and well-being is always our first priority.”
