At least Cardi B is keeping it real.
Cardi B is backing out of a Memorial Day Weekend concert in Maryland, and TMZ has learned it’s all because of some serious fallout from her recent cosmetic surgeries.
Cardi was set to headline the 92Q Spring Bling Festival this Friday night in Baltimore, but now it’s been postponed because she’s gotta pull out.
Sources close to the rapper tell TMZ that Cardi is experiencing complications from her recent liposuction and breast augmentation.
Cardi's complications have “gotten so bad, she simply can't perform.” Cardi's doctors also reportedly told her to take some time off so the swelling can go down, and “for her body to fully recover.”
Doctors are recommending a couple of weeks of R & R.

Cardi's publicist also commented on her cancellation, per Page Six:
“Cardi was overzealous in getting back to work. She didn’t take the time necessary to fully recover. Her strenuous schedule has taken a toll on her body and now has been given strict doctors orders to pull out the rest of her performances in May.”
“She’s very disappointed and hates to let her fans down, but she wants to reassure them that she’ll see them in September!”
Since giving birth to her daughter, Kulture in July 2018, the 26-year-old singer recently told Entertainment Tonight that she went under the knife after welcoming the baby.
“I just got my boobs redone,” she told the outlet, before adding, “My daughter fucked me up. She did.”
Cardi has frequently performed in the months since giving birth to her first child.
She also referenced surgery during a gig in Memphis, telling the crowd that “moving too much is going to fuck up my lipo.”
