As Daniel Craig moves on from his James Bond days, heโs got some exciting projects lined up. But when it comes to who should step into 007โs shoes next, Craigโs not losing sleep over it.
In a recent chat with Variety, the British actor was asked about the future face of James Bond. His response? A chuckle and three simple words: โI donโt care.โ
Since Craig announced that 2021โs No Time to Die would be his Bond swan song, fans have been buzzing about whoโs next. Craigโs run as the suave spy spanned five films:
- Casino Royale (2006)
- Quantum of Solace (2008)
- Skyfall (2012)
- Spectre (2015)
- No Time to Die (2021)
Post-Bond, Craigโs found a new detective gig as Benoit Blanc in Rian Johnsonโs Knives Out series. He first donned Blancโs accent in 2019โs Knives Out, returned for 2022โs Glass Onion, and is set to appear in next yearโs Wake Up Dead Man.
Meanwhile, Craigโs also starring in Luca Guadagninoโs Queer, hitting theaters on November 27.
As we wonder about Bondโs future, itโs clear Craigโs career is far from slowing down. Whether heโs cracking cases or taking on new roles, heโs keeping us on our toes โ just like 007 would.
