Don Lemon, the 53-year-old CNN anchor, made the announcement on Instagram Friday (April 04, 2019) that he and boyfriend Tim Malone are engaged!
“He gave me a present on his birthday. How could I say no?” Lemon wrote, showing off both the couple’s rings and the creative way Malone chose to propose. He created special dog tags around their two pets, Boomer and Barkley that read, “Daddy will you marry papa.”
Don and Tim have been dating since the summer of 2016.
The couple shared an on-screen kiss during a live broadcast of during CNN’s New Year’s Eve broadcast last year.
