Of course, the week’s biggest drag news is the unveiling of the cast of RuPaul’s Drag Race, season 11. The new queen-testants were introduced during a live YouTube event on Thursday.
The new queens were interviewed by Olympic figure skater Adam Rippon and took part in various, fan-chosen “shenanigans” with season 10 winner Aquaria.
In the worst-kept secret in Drag Race her-story, season 10’s first eliminated queen, and source of a meme your grandma even may have sent you, Miss Vanjie herself, Vanessa Vanjie Mateo is back for another shot.
There are a lot of familiar houses represented this season, and, from the first lewks, it promises to be a great season. Here are your season 11 queens:
Even though the first season 11 queen hasn’t even stepped into the workroom, casting is underway for RuPaul’s Drag Race season 12.
